Angles

I have been learning all about angles with a protractor. It wasn't hard for me because I used a protractor. If I didn't use a protractor, I wouldn't got all my angles wrong except the 90,180 and 360 degrees. I still want to learn about angles.

Ading Using Tidy Numbers

Today, we have learn to solve addition problems by first adding a tidy number and then subtract a small number to compensate. Room 12 have been doing this worksheet for this whole week. Here is a example for worksheet.

      +1
43+29=72
43+30=73
73-1=72
The answer for that problem is 72. We learnt these strategies so we can work it out in real life.

3D art wire - explanation writing

If a class wants to make a 3D wire art, it will only take about three to four weeks to make it. A piece of 3D art is very simple to make.

These are the following things that will be needed. It consists using wire, cardboard, paper, drawing tools, picture and string.

Here is the method for  3D art. First it will need to be sketched on a paper  with person in action. Next It will need to be cut and then glued on a cardboard. Once that is finish it, will need to be cut because the wire need to be wrapped around the cardboard to make it look 3D. After when it is cutted, it will need to be wrapped around the cardboard tightly. This cause the art to have no gaps.

Therefore the instructions of making the 3D art work has been told. It can be displayed on the classroom walls or in the corridor so others can be inspired.

Grammar Blast

Grammar Blast.png

To play this game, I had to make sure that the sentences were correct. There were four sentences to choose. One of them were correct and the others were wrong. I got some of them wrong and some right. What I want to learn next is to place my exclamation marks in the right place.
